How Can I Stop Using Oxymetazoline Nasal Drops?

Sir, I have been using Oxymetazoline drops(Nasivion & Xylomist, etc) for more than few years. But later I understood one should not use this nosal drops/spray for more than 3 or 5 days for each instance. Now I want come out of this addiction without facing any side effects. Can you please tell me how can I stop using this drugs?

hello, thanks for your query, prolonged usage of xylometazoline can cause a medical condition known as rhinitis medicamentasa and high Bp. it can be treated with avamys ( fluticasone) nasal spray twice daily for 1 month and steam inhalation. all the best. take care.
