Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Tiredness, tender nipple and cramps do not indicate pregnancy.
Even if your partner has not ejaculated inside you, the per-ejaculatory fluid also called as pre-cum may contain sperms which may result in pregnancy, though the chances are less. My advice to you is to wait for your menstrual periods, if you get your periods then you are not pregnant. If you do not get your periods then do a urine pregnancy test on an early morning sample of urine, as it will then accurately show your pregnancy status. If you are pregnant then visit a gynecologist for an abortion.
Hope that answers your question,
Regards, Dr.Imaad.
