How Can Idiopathic Scoliosis Be Treated?

I have idiopathic scoliosis and have reached the point where I have continual pain in my sacroiliac region. I have consulted orthopedist so, chiropractors, massage therapists but none have been able to help me. Any suggestion in consideration of the fact that I am 72 years old.

Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Treatment of idiopathic scoliosis consists in three category:
-Observation,
-Bracing and
-Surgery

Based on your age and the severity of the symptoms I suggest you to consult your orthopedist for the bracing option.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
