How Can Immobility In The Right Leg Be Treated?

hello, I am polio person from age of 1 year, now i am 42 years old and i have polio on right side leg, i use walk alone myself without any support but last 6 months before i felt on floor on hip , which affected mild crack and was operated by orthopaedic surgeon, but promblem is that i am not able to walk a single step and doctor is telling due to polio u will not be able to walk as previous. he advise me to wear caliper for that, will i be able to walk without calipers as before ?
