hello doctor ,i am medical student my mother ( 50 y ) had infective endocarditis and sever aortic reguarge and aortic stenosis and she received antibiotics ( vancomycine 500 & gentamycine ) for 1 month and she had been cured as echo results no vegetation and normal C-reactive protein test and normal ESR test but complete blood picture showed leucopenia ( white cell count = 3.4 ) and lymphocytosis ( lymphocytes = 50 % ... 1700 ) is there is a medical problem and she has to see a doctor or there is normal result after antibiotics and she has to repeat the test

The reports are normal, no problem. You may repeat the test along with CRP levels. Consult your physician immediately if she shows any sign of infection.
