How Can Incomplete Abortion Be Treated?

hie doctor..l was 18weeks pregnant and l had a suction abortion last week on wednesday the 14th of june.the process went well expect that my placenta hasn t come out yet since thursday but am discharging brownish produce...how do l remove my placenta.. l can t go to the hospital as there will ask many question.. please help

I want to be honest with you and tell you that this kind of procedure needs professional help. You will need to viait a private gynecologist for a thorough cleaning and suction.
If only some part of the placenta remains in the uterus, it can bea cause of infection and thus leading to death.
