Hello,

You are having gastric indigestion problem. For that take Pantoprazole tablet for a week. Include green leafy vegetables and fruits more in diet. Avoid gastric irritants like:
• Excess tea, coffee
Smoking
Stress
• Excess spicy foods, etc.
• Cooked oatmeal help in soothing
• Include yogurt in diet

If no improvement H Pylori test done with urea breath test. Stool routine microscopy examination also can be done for further work-up. If needed consult nearby physician for examination and further work-up accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
