Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
when i get a cut or opening in my skin its like the hair follicles get infected and they wont heal until the follicle is pulled out. I get on my arms and face any place that air can get to its like it lives off the air and blood cuz they almost feel like a nerve......
As you have repeated infection of hair follicles, you can take tablet Ciprofloxacin, tablet Brufen and Neosporin H ointment locally after consultation.
To avoid repeated infections, maintain proper hygiene, remove hairs if possible, and use antiseptic soap. Bath daily two times if possible, keep yourself cool, and avoid heat and humid environment.
I will suggest you to review back with detailed history or consult with dermatologist for detailed examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Shyam B. Kale
