How Can Infected Sores On The Leg Be Treated?

My son has several sores on his leg that are infected and won t heal. The first one started with a tick bite that never healed all the way. We showed it to doctor she said it was scarring. Lyme test was negative. Went to dermatologist who gave a cream ,used for week still not healed.any idea what this could be?

It could be many dermatological conditions. A dermatologist will be the best person to see and review it. Only with such history final comment is not possible. Though my advice will be to have a second opinion from another dermatologist.
