How Can Infection And Swelling In The Gums Be Treated?

about 10 months ago, I took out my upper dentures and pulled the skin of my palate, it develop a blood blister right away, and bleed. I did saltwater for awhile, it seemed to get better, but, I kept wearing my dentures on top of it. and after time it kept getting worst, to the point I couldn't wear them at all, my palate got infected and swollen, and this was 5months ago. still cant wear my dentures, there is a hump by the leision, and drains a nasty tasting . my doctor gave me magic wash, did a whole bolttle, still wont heal. now in pain.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

It looks like due to continuous irritation and infection there is formation of an abscess and due to this there is discharge of nasty tasting pus and pain with a lump..
So my suggestion to you is to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and if needed he can do an incision and drainage and drain of the pus and put an antiseptic dressing if needed and along with it advise you oral antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers and serratiopeptidases.
You can also stop wearing the denture till it heal completely..
Also continue Magic Mouthwash to reduce infection..
Do warm saline gargles..
