How Can Infection In The Right Lung Be Treated?

During a recent CT scan of my heart...a infectious decease in my upper right lung.. I was prescribed two weeks of antibiotics.... I m asking instead of another CT scan to see if it s still there, could a chest x-ray tell the same thing...I m being sued by hospital, for co-pays already....I can t afford to seek more doctors. Also, I KNOW, I have problems with my brain, my mother just passed with dementia and other mental illnesses. My doctor said, to test me for those to get a medication to help me, would be expensive/lots of tests will need to be done for my mind...I m already missing time in the days/forgetting children that came in later, then I don t remember at all when they came in to the classroom. I m 56 yr old female...I forget everything I do, I stop and go on to something else, the something else forgetting what I started...the house is a mess...I can t finish what I start. I m poor, a Head Start teacher.
