How Can Infertility Be Treated While Suffering From PCOS?

Hi, I m diagnosed with PCOS one year back . I m trying to conceive. My periods were regular after taking normoz tablets. But from 2 months it s not regular. It s delaying. And this month I haven t got yet. My thyroid is normal, and all other blood reports and harmone are normal. They even said I have mild cysts, very small through a scanning. Kindly suggest y I m still having irregular periods and unable to conceive
