My name is Farhat Abbas. Sir my sparm is 62 million .now doctor suggest medicine cap gonedol f . sir I want to now what is benefit of this medicine .can I use this medicine I will be fine after this use pls sir give me ans I have a two year for married still no baby

Normal sperm count is 40-250 million. So you have 62 millions so it is in reference range. But motility is also important, Total motility should be greater than 50%. Gonadil F contain Protodioscin, Oti Zinc, Vitamin E and Selenium. It will help to maintain reproductive health. Other medicine should be used according to other semen analysis parameter. Drugs like clomipehene citrate can be useful. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, and do regular exercise. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
