How Can Infertility Be Treated?

i married about 2.5 years, 1st i had pregnant (without medicine) after 1 year but after 2 month it was loss before hard beat. from that time i have feborit (type of rasoli). at now 1 year gone no pregnancy, please any advise. usually my month cycle is 24 days, tell me the day at egg release

Hi, I think you should have sex every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chances of your pregnancy. Try for 6 months like this. If it doesn't work, then you can go for evaluation. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries done. Consult a gynecologist.
