How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi,I m 37 year old married in 2016 and during my past time I had three time miscarriage in 2005,2006 and 2009 due to family problem now iam employed there is no objection but now iam unable to get pregnant yet I have regular monthly cycle for two three days 28 or 29 and go regular medical checkup to the doctor can I become pregnant again?

Hi, I think you can conceive. But as your age is on a higher side, get yourself evaluated. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. Do a follicular monitoring to see if you are ovulating or not. If you are ovulating normally, you can try naturally for 6 months. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chances of your pregnancy. If it doesn't work, then you can go for ovulation induction with timed intercourse. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
