How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi, I live in saudi and I was under treatment for infertility. 6 months back a gynac in saudi gave me clomid 50mg during my cycle but i did not ovulate. Later in next month cycle she gave me clomid 100mg and it worked for me and i got pregnant. Unfortunately it was blighted ovum and doctor suggested to abort it. Now I moved to India for few months to take rest. Before coming to saudi I consulted my gynac in India and she gave me Ferpill kit. I came to saudi and saw that the kit contains 5 clomiphene citrate 50 mg tablets (to be taken from 3rd day till 7th day of period) and 10 estradiol valerate 2mg (to be taken from 8th day till 12th day). Last time after taking clomid 50 mg I did not ovulate. What should I do this time? Whether clomiphene citrate 50mg from kit will work or I should take 100mg instead? Please suggest me.

Hi, I think Clomid 50 will not work for you. So, you need to take 100 mg. Consult your doctor and tell to increase the dose. You can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound and when follicle is more than 18 mm, you can take injection for rupture of follicles. Be in contact with your husband for 2 to 3 days after the injection. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks after rupture is confirmed on ultrasound. Do a urine pregnancy test after that. Also get a thyroid profile done. You can try Clomid for 3 to 6 cycles.
