General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If there is not a precise response to the hormone therapy for infertility, one has to be evaluated for the central cause regarding the same. As there can be a failure of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis to work or so forth in this instance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
