How Can Infertility Be Treated?

hello sir.. myself payal. i m married since 3 years. i m trying to conceive since last 1 yr. but not get sucseed. my all reports are also normal like AMH, FSH , LH , PROLACTIN, THYROID and my husband has normal sperm count but motility is only 15 %. Please give me suggestion now what we should do. Egarly waiting for your advise.

Hi I think your husband can take some antioxidant and vitamin supplements for 3 months. Also get a semen culture and sensitivity test done to rule out any infection. Repeat a semen analysis after one month. If motility is still low, you can go for ovulation induction with IUI. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
