How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi, I am Ramya. 27 yrs. I got married 3 months back. I have periods problem from the day i matured. i get my cycle only if i use tablet. now I am under treatment. I want to get pregnant soon. I went through follicular study and dr said tat now my egg is in correct stage to ovolute. but since after then no changes. What should I do to get pregnant? Please give me some tips. And I have very less chance to have contact with my husband since we both are working under 2 different shift. Please specify the time that we should have contact

Hello, Thanks for the query.
To get conception there has to be presence of a mature ovum, then sexual contact should happen around 10 to 12th day of the cycle when ovum is most likely to be released. Apart from you having a healthy mature ovum, husband should also have healthy and adequate number of sperms.
I hope you have checked your thyroid functions, because if TSH is high (>2 to 3 mU/L) even then ovulation may not occur. So do get your thyroid function test done. Wish you early conception. Thanks.
