How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi I am 26 years of age i was undergoing follicle study i ruptured on day 16th my follicle size last measured was 23 mm. my doc has adviced me to take Susten 200 Tablet from the day my follicle ruptured for next 15 days . but 16 th day no positive response my releationship becasuse last 5 days continue doing relationshipwith my husband bu can we do relation ship today is it possible I just want to know does that increase my chances of concieving

I understand your concern.
Generally, after the egg has been ruptured and released from a mature follicle, it is viable for about 72 hours. Fertilization occurs within 12-24 hours after ovulation.
Post fertilization the egg travels through the Fallopian tubes into the uterine cavity, which may take about 6-7-days. It could take another 2-3 days for the future embryo moving freely in the uterine cavity to preparation for implantation.
Hence, it is essential to have intercourse 2 days prior and two days after the ovulation has probably taken place to increase the chances of conceiving.
Beyond this time, even if you have intercourse, it may not be productive as the time for survival of egg would have been passed.
Kindly follow the instructions as advised by your doctor and take the medications as prescribed properly.
