How Can Infertility Be Treated?

I m 29yrs,I had an endo cysts in overy and did a lapro in 2013.Now the amh is 1.2 and there were 2 matured eggs in this cycle. I have taken 2 iuis on 5th june and 6th june.and i ovulated on 6/7 before 2 iui.my doc told me tht my internal cervix was tight closed and couldn t be negotiated.and the external cervix was fine. she couldn push it into the uterus but pushed maximum and put it on the uterus face. Is there any chance to conceive from this iui? If not what treatment should i take next?

Hi I think your AMH is on a lower side. There is a chance of pregnancy this cycle also. But if it doesn't work, you may go for IVF. The success rate of IVF is 40 to 50 percent while success rate of IUI is 10 to 15 percent only. Also you can try 2 more cycles of IUI if you don't want IVF straightaway.Hope it helps.
