How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi i am Angelina my HSG report says the uterus is normal in size shape and outline, no intramural or intraluminal filling defects are noted there is evidence of hydrosalpinx on the right side. Adequate peritoneal spill of contrast is noted bilaterally. I am trying to conceive, I am 27 years ol and my weight is 70 kgs . I have also been detected with pcos will i be able to conceive pl help
