How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hello doctor I got married last year and have been trying to get pregnant since then.my period have been regular 27-29 days cycle but 2 months back it suddenly changed to 35 and thismonth was 40 days i did hvs and urine mcs and it grew different organism stap and kleb pease what can I do because I really want to get pregnant

semananalysis for husband and patency test for wife to be done. consult fertilisation clinic expert and insemination in vivo or vitro can be tryed according to suitability duration of period can be hormonal imbalance consult gynechologist for examination and advise on treatment.
