How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hello doctor I got married last year and have been trying to get pregnant since then.my period have been regular 27-29 days cycle but 2 months back it suddenly changed to 35 and thismonth was 40 days i did hvs and urine mcs and it grew different organism stap and kleb pease what can I do because I really want to get pregnant
