How Can Infertility Be Treated?

I am 30 yrs old and never been pregnant. I recently got all test done to check my hormone levels, tubes, uterus, and follicles. Everything was perfect. I ve been wanting a baby for some time now. Now I haven t gotten my period for the whole month, but I m nervous to test because I don t want to be disappointed. What do you think?
