Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
First of all get both Fallopian tubes open through surgery. Get investigated yourself for sperm count and motility (semen analysis). If your wife gets regular menstrual cycle, try to have intercourse during mid menstrual cycle (14-20 days after menstruation bleeding). If it fails to conceive despite 3-4 attempts get your wife examined for status of uterus and Fallopian tubes, USG examination, etc. Another option is in vitro fertilization (IVF) if reports of fertility of both of you are normal and uterus of your wife is in healthy condition.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
