General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, the issue seems to be altered menses rather than possible pregnancy. I would recommend to continue gynec medicines and be in regular follow up for further hormone treatments. It may take varying period of cycles in infertility treatment, one has to be cooler in nature for the results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
