How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, I removed my implanon by june, and have been having regular cycle but couldn t get pregnant. By October, my cycle became irregular and i have not seen my menses this December. The pregnancy urine test shows negative. Please help me, i m so worried as i wanna have my second baby.
