Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history and description, you are having a non-hostile uterus for sperms.
Under this condition, your uterus has changed in such a way that sperms cannot travel to ovum for fertilization.

Most common cause for this is a hormonal imbalance. So, it is better to consult a gynecologist to check your hormone levels.

You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once your hormones get normalized, then you will be able to conceive.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
