Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that your follicles seems to be alright, but timing of fertilization is not taking place due to irregular menstrual periods.
Hence, your periods needs to be first regularised by taking oral contraceptive pills. Once this happens, your ovulation would take place in time and that would increase the chances of fertilization and following which implantation to take place.
Kindly consult Gynaecologist for appropriate evaluation and dosage of the pills.
Result of pregnancy test would not come positive immediately after fertilisation or implantation. You need to wait for the regular periods to be delayed at least by a week and then test your urine sample.
There is no need to be disappointed. Leave your apprehension behind and be stress free.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
Kindly take the medications as would be advised and do necessary follow-up as suggested by your Gynaecologist.
All the best and wish you good health.
Regards,
