How Can Inflammation In The Left Eye Caruncle Be Treated?

Hi i just consulted an eye doctor In my left eye there is an inflamed caruncle .She mentioned that since it is winter and may be also due to pollution .She did not recommend me any eye drops .Should i use any eye drops or just leave it as said by her?

it appears tobe inflammatory. apply neosporine eye ointment. punctum dilatation and syringing can be done.it can not be due to pollution. can apply ofloxacin .3% eye drop three times daily for 7days.
