Zolpidem at bed time per oral for 30 days
2. Do not use Zolpidem for more than 30 days
3. Avoid driving & swimming because it may impair ability to drive or operate machinery
4. Stop
smoking, alcohol and coffee as it might impair your sleep
5. Try to have time for exercise. Start workout at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week. It will induce sleep
6. Stay with your family and discuss your problem with them
