How Can Insomnia Be Treated While Suffering From Elevated Liver Enzymes?

I have had blood work this week and my dr says my liver enzymes are elevated. I have to have something for sleep aides. I have been taking acetaminophen 500 mg PM for over 10 years. My dr said to take Benadryl instead. Would Potassium be another substitute for me to take. She will take my blood work again in 6 weeks. YYYY@YYYY
