Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Insomnia can be secondary to other conditions like hypertension. So it is better to check your blood pressure. If anxiety is there then you can cosider doing breathing exercises. If those wont help then antianxiety drugs can be taken with the advise of your doctor.Avoid coffee and excess tea.Have good exercise in day time.Drink a glass of milk at night. If all these not helping then you can take sleeping pills with the advise of your doctor.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
