How Can Intermittent Dry Cough Be Treated?

Hi, I have dry cough for nearly 2 years, for some period cough will not be there but after some period again cough will come and I need to struggle for the whole day. I need a permanent solution for curing my dry cough, can you please suggest me what I need to do

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having your symptoms due to allergy.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by an ENT specialist.
I would also advise that you should get an X-Ray of chest PA view. Also get your blood tested for Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
You can take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day. Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor and the reports of the investigations.
