How Can Internal Bleeding Be Detected?

I am anemia, taking iron pills. I had breast cancer, a uncanerous tumor in lower abdomen, hernia surgery, diabetic 2 type an now anemic. Am I bleeding inside my body and how can I find out. I bleed on my gums every morning, I spit blood. What can I do?

ok, obviously a series of simple cheap blood tests are needed. Too much anemia/ too little blood is fatal.
Blood shows up. So, if you lost x volume of blood, it would have to go somewhere. There would be swelling and a big bruise. BUT if it went to the outside (coughing up, peeing out, pooping out) then it wouldn't cause swelling there may or may not be a noticeable change in color depending on how fast the bleeding is. If there is bruising or bruising, then not being able to stop bleeding (no liver proteins to clot. or no blood cells to clot) may be occurring. This is deadly and fixable. hence blood tests.
