General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion the internal bleeding after a trauma is treated as a medical emergency & evaluated in ER. The internal bleeding should slowly stop after it has been managed.

You should be concerned if your vitals, blood works and Imaging tests are not normal and you have much discomfort. You may go for a repeat test of all your investigations for a better evaluation of your condition. If your reports are fine means the healing process is slow but if the reports are not good you may have to undergo Exploratory Laparoscopy.

Hope I have answered your query.
