How Can Interrupted Sleep Be Treated While Working In Nights Shift Timings?

I am experiencing a lot of trouble of sleeping. Even after being tired after my job, I fail to have a sound sleep, I keep waking up every 2-3 hours. I work in night shift that ends at 6 in the morning. Please suggest me a good and healthy sleeping pill

Get adjust with your shift timings...Ie change in the pattern of circadian rhythm....its definitely curable with benzodiazepines like clonazepam....You can start with 0.25 mg initial dose .
