How Can Intramural Fibroids In Uterus Be Treated?

I have diagnosed with INTRAMURAL FIBROIDS in my UTERUS. Two of these are each 9.1 cm in diametre with several others of smaller sizes. I'm 32, UNMARRIED. I've advised to undergo UAE(Uterine Arterial Embolisation) along with Myomectomy at one go. I want to know how risky it is & whether my health will permit me to undergo both in one operation. Moreover as the first method has no concrete success ratio should i go ahead with the two? PLEASE ADVICE.I'm in great dilemma.
