hi I am serita I have iron defificency,, anemia,, I have had iron treatment they replace iron, I felt better now it is going back,,, my question and sorry to bother you... can I take a iron complex from shaklee,,, and b complex,,, will be ok,,

Hi, I think you can take any iron complex and vitamin B supplements. Include pomegranate, apples, spinach, beet , gram and jaggery in your diet.
