How Can Irregular And Excessive Periods Be Treated?

hi i had my period on the 31/12/10 it lasted for 14 days, then i was given northisterone 5mg which i took for couple of days and my period stop on the 14/01/11. i started taking the microgynon pill on the 14/1/1 but my period came today the 17/1/11 could there be something wrong with me?
