How Can Irregular Heartbeats Be Treated?

I have been prescribed 2 different type of drugs to treat a irregular/fast heatbeat. I brought a few of the pills with me on vacation BUT neglected to bring the original vials. One is a large green capsule that says BVF 240 on the side. Would you know what that pill/medicine is? The other is a round, white tablet that has 5/25 V stamped on the side. I can call the doctor Monday BUT wanted to see if you might know.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Without seeing the label of medicine, I cannot tell which medicine you have been prescribed. So, please put either brand name of medicine or note down contents written on the label.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
