General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. An ultrasound abdomen is required to rule out possible causes like PCOS which can give rise to similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
