How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated For A Successful Pregnancy?

hi i have irregular periods some times my period dont come on for two months and when it do it is haeavey and last for along time i went to see a obgyn docter he did a segerey to look in side and he said all he seen was etra tissue which he said he removed but i am still having irregular periods and can i still get pregnet i am only 25 years old
