How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

I am married since 2 years agi but still not concived... My priods are not regular... 6 moths gape.... Now my dr. Recimmend me pragnacre ... I am taking it 1month ago n my periods come... My question is that can I taking continou in periods ... 2nd question I have so much cramps in abdomin unbearble

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
The cause of irregular menses should be investigated first. I will suggest you see your Gynecologist, get a pelvic ultrasound to exclude conditions like PCOS. Many drugs do exist that may help regularise your menses(synthetic female hormones).I will suggest the cause be investigated first.Best treatment for irregular menses and conception problems may only be possible after cause known.
As for much cramps, examination by the Doctor will be necessary to know cause.Causes may include digestive disorders, urinary or gynecological disorder.
