How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

I am 21 now nd married recently. Since the beggining i had irregular periods and and now since 4 month i havnt get periods even aftr having intercourse for several times nd day by day my weight is increasing my stomach and back portion is geting heavy. I am very tensed about my irregular periods. Can u please suggest me and medicine to get propper periods. Pls help me. Kindly i will be waiting for your reply.
