How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

Hi.. Em 21 years old and suffering from irregular periods. I got my 1st period in 2011 and it was going irregualr but last 15 months it became regular. Now this month nd last month again it is 15 days late. What should i do ? I never use any medicine
