How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

Hello.. i have pcod for past 8 yrs.. my period were regular for 1 yr after given birth of my twins which they both born in ivf treatment.. again i have irregular period now.. my doc suggest me to take nacfil forte tab for 3 months and wen could i start my period again after taking this tab and is there chance to get pregnant naturally .. my age is,27

hi , pcod is common in young females, and menstrual irregularities is a very common problem with this . to be honest its always a challenging job to handle this irregularities ,what generally work for this is
weight loss , if cannot be done and or dont work then its the oral contraceptive pills (ocp) that work very well for this if not contraindicated. i would advise people to take the ocp for regualrity of he cycles in such cases if not helped by weight loss .
and yes there is always a chance for natural conception , this is further increased to a significant level by certain drugs like clomipnine however that always a job of a consultant and can always be talked about.
