How Can Irregular Periods Be Treated?

my name is jyothsna and i am trying to conceive but i have pcod. from the beginning my periods are irregular i.e. 40-45days. at present i am staying in abudhabi. i got my last period on april 12th, 2011. before my last period laproscopy was done and my date before laproscopy was march 1st, 2011 and i have'nt got my period till date. what might be the reason
