How Can Irregular Periods With Alternating Heavy Or Light Bleeding Be Treated?

the last period i had was heavier than the normal one and it also lasted long,then the next one i havnt had it yet,i only had a drop and that was it.m lyk 2 weeks late now..i have taken several test but they are negative,is there something wrong with me?
