How Can Irregular Periods With Discharges And Burning Be Treated?

hi doctor i have been getting irregular periods since the start..earlier it use to come in max 2months time now it has increased to 2 or 3 or even more..i have lot of white discharge.. and burning too had got treated for d same once and it has come again.
